Named after the Carnatic raga Amruthavarshini, this women-led estate in Chikmagalur is run by Poornima and Tanya Jairaj, blending innovation with a strong social vision.For over two decades, skilled women harvesters carefully hand-pick the finest cherries, supported by fair wages, housing, education, and healthcare.Known for experimental processing and global recognition, the farm produces vibrant, complex coffees that reflect both tradition and modern specialty craftsmanship.

Bisal Munti Farm in Malavalli defies convention by producing exceptional coffee at just 650 metres, using a unique microclimate and rich soil conditions.Grown under a multi-layered canopy of areca and pepper, and nurtured with natural practices like Jeevamrutha, the farm avoids all synthetic inputs.The result is distinctive, naturally processed coffee with notes of candied plum, dark chocolate, and caramel—proving quality comes from care, not just altitude.
