Harley Estate
Few estates carry the weight of history that Harley Estate does. Founded in the early 1860s by the British in the pristine Manjarabad hills of Sakleshpur, the 550-acre estate retains its original name and its original passion - growing extraordinary coffee amidst some of Karnataka's most biodiverse terrain. The Manjarabad region, named after the historic Manjarabad Fort that overlooks the valley, has some of the highest rainfall in South India, and it is this abundance of water, combined with the fertile, well-drained laterite soils and the cool elevation, that makes the land so naturally suited to exceptional coffee.
