What if my coffee arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you placed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. Our team will review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our coffees are roasted fresh against confirmed orders, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible once processing begins. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation followed by a dispatch notification with courier tracking details. You can track your shipment directly using the courier link provided.
