1. Delivery Timeframe :- All orders will be dispatched in 2 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays)Delivery timelines may vary based on your pin code
2. Free Shipping :-
- Coffee Orders
Orders up to ₹750: ₹100 shipping charge
Orders above ₹750: FREE shipping - Equipments & Merchandise
A flat ₹200 shipping charge applies on all orders, irrespective of the order value.
- Mixed Orders (Coffee + Equipments & Merchandise)
If your cart contains both Coffee and Equipments & Merchandise, a flat ₹200 shipping charge will apply, irrespective of the total order value.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) :- Cash on Delivery is available on orders with a cart value below ₹2,000. A ₹70 COD handling fee will be charged.
4. Shipping Partners :- All orders are fulfilled by our in-house riders or trusted courier partners
5. Order Tracking :- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from El Bueno Coffee Roasters with tracking details. Alternatively, you can track your order here

What if my coffee arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you placed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. Our team will review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our coffees are roasted fresh against confirmed orders, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible once processing begins. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation followed by a dispatch notification with courier tracking details. You can track your shipment directly using the courier link provided.
