Sai Aashirwad Estate

Sai Ashirwad lies in Chikmagalur at about 920 metres and is certified organic. It grows a wide spread of coffee, with Arabica selections including S795, Selection 9, Cauvery and Chandragiri alongside Robusta such as Old Peridinia and CxR. The farm runs its own processing unit, dry yards and rainwater harvesting ponds.

The land carries a lot of wildlife, including Indian gaur, spotted and barking deer, wild boar, Malabar giant squirrel and crested serpent eagle. The estate's signature lot is a Robusta taken through an 84 hour fermentation in oxygen starved tanks, a long resting period that lifts the fruit and cacao notes in the cup.
