Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- Coffee: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
- Brewing Equipment: Refunds only if returned unused and in original condition.
- Subscriptions: Refunds prorated based on remaining shipments.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email orders@elbuenocoffee.com with:
  - Your name and order date.
  - Items to return.
  - Reason for return.
Refund Process
- Refunds initiated within 7 days of approval.
- Funds reflect in your account within 8-9 working days (depends on your bank).
- Refunds issued via the original payment method.
Exceptions
- No returns for opened/used coffee or brewing equipment.
